Returns & Exchanges
At TheList, we strive for perfection, but if your purchase isn't quite right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return your items for a full refund or exchange. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all designer tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging and include the completed return form along with a copy of your invoice to ensure faster processing.
Ship It Back
Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your original order to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
